Another 2 bite the dust
I lost 2 more pounds and am now 151 lbs. I've settled into a bit of a work-out routine. Monday and Friday I go to a core motion class. Tuesday is a misc day but I often try to get some biking in. Wednesday is my kick butt class, and Thursday I swim at least 15 laps but usually 20. Saturday is my long distance run. Last week I ran 8 miles and hope to try for 9 this week, but rain is in the forecast so I may have to wait.
