Jan 5th

So I wasn't diligent in writing down everything Iate last week. But, I did work out 4 times. On New Year's Day I ran 5 1/2 miles. Friday I did the advanced Tae Bo tape. Today I logged 4.5 miles on the elliptical. I ate a bowl of spaghetti salad (spaghetti noddles + veggies)for lunch. I also had a Costco muffin. I am going to try better at eating Breakfast. Carbs make me sick in the morning and being as most traditional breakfasts are carbs, I tend to avoid breakfast. I know I usually eat less and lose weight faster when I have breakfast and today I read an article about breakfast and weight loss. I guess I'll have to try harder to come up with foods I can eat in the morning. I have even lost a little weight. Mondays will be my "weigh in" day. Maybe that will force me to be better over the week-end.
