Feb 6th
Its been a whole month since I've posted and I'm ashamed to say I "wasted" the month as far as losing weight goes. I worked out regularly but ate horribly. This week I have worked out 6 times. I attended 2 core motion classes, 1 turbo jam class, 1 cardio sculpt class, biked 12 miles, and ran 3 miles and its only Friday! With temps in the 60's tomorrow, hopefully I can run outside some. I have started to eat breakfast again so hopefully that will help and I am trying to cut back on my sweets but I did eat icecream a few times this week. Buying M&Ms for my heart candy dish yesterday was probably not the best idea Hopefully having Natalie and Tonya working with me will help. This morning a had a banana-pinapple yogurt smoothies. For lunch I had left over chicken penne pasta and a salad with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, and balsamic dressing. I also snuck a few piece of pirates booty (puffed corn). (I don't normally eat that "fancy", but it is healthier than I normally eat and just happened to have those ingredients thanks to incredible dollar sales at the grocery store this week)
