YAY ME...

IT was a good day for work outs today.. I worked out twice.. I went to the gym and ran for 15 mins, did the arc trainer for 20. Then I came home and my friend came over and we did Jillin Michaels 30 day shred. I feel pretty good although my eating wasn't great so far I have had.. 1/2 egg salad sandwhich for breakfast, some teddy grahms (5 handfuls or so), a few barbeque cornchips (not even a handful), 60 or 100 calorie chocolate pudding cup, 1 cup of mac n cheese, popcorn chicken, a lemon berry friut slush from SONIC.. (I LOVE HAPPY HOUR, I got a RT 44, the biggest for $1). And I think that is all.. WOW I ate a lot I am embarassed.. and I still haven't eaten dinner. BUT PLEASE know I normally don't eat this much and I just nibble... I dont' gorge or eat alot at once.
OH and the scale says 154-155.. so hopefully I will see some weightloss soon!!! GOOD JOB to both of you on your weight loss.
