FIRST WEIGH IN

The gym's scale tells me I am still 155 even though I have been working out for almost a year consistantly.. so I am hoping this blog will help inspire my body to lose weight. Today was my fun workout day.. Friday is the day that my friends and I get together at the church and pick out a video and we work out together plus we do a routine with our kids. It is lots of fun.. today we did my friend Desi's video it has a bonus 30 minute work out on it that was way fun.
So far my eating has nto been good so I will start keeping track on the blog tom. Thank you Terra for this AWESOME blog.
