I have always been very conscious of my weight, even so much that I don't even like to tell Nick how much I weigh so this is a big step for me. I initially was not going to post my weight, but didn't feel like I would be all in, and I want to put both feet in, so with that said my weight as of this past Monday was 180!
Now my goal is to get to my adulthood skinniest which was right after I had Weston (I know weird) but I was 150 size 6-8 and I felt good about myself. So that puts me at exactly 30lbs. Now ideally I want to get to 140 but I'm setting my goal at 30 for now, and then I will go from there. With the wedding approaching, I am with Terra to have lost at least 20 lbs. It's going to be a lot of work, but we can do it!
For today:
Breakfast:
1 1/2C. scrambled eggs
Lunch:
2C. left over Chicken&Rice
1/2 of a pbnj sandwich
Dinner:
2 medium slices of pizza
Snacks:
Friut crisps
1 handful of chips
2c. popcorn
2 sticks of gum (which gets rid of my munchies)
Drinks:
water, cup of apple cider

Natalie.. thank you for trusting us and coming full fledge into it.. I hope this next advice works.. I have been very frustrated with the scales because I have "lost" any weight.. however my clothes are loser, So don't worry so much about how much you weigh (because there is a lot to factor in like height.. etc.) but focus on how your clothes feel and inches.
