HELP ME.....

So I feel FRUSTRATED!!! Last week I had an asthma attack out of the blue and from Tuesday on I couldn't work out and was short of breath... plus Aunt flow came to town unwelcome at the end of week which explained my unsatisfied craving for chocolate. Well yesterday I decided to start back at the gym and take it slow. Well I did great considering the previous week, however, I weighed in and I gained 1.5 lbs. It is so easy to gain a pound and a half in one week yet for MONTHS.. ALMOST a year I have been working out nonstop trying so hard to lose weight yet haven't!! Just when my clothes starting feeling great I had the attack and they aren't feeling so great anymore! Do either of you have any encouraging advice?
Oh and I am sorry I am not very good at recording my food it is very difficult to do so with my babysitting job but I am hoping once we get into a routine it will be easier!
