Natalie Feb 8-7

Saturday (splurge day)
Breakfast:2eggs,1 toast
Lunch:1c. macaroni & Cheese,1c. chips
Dinner:1c. rice, chicken
Snacks:1 fruit bar,6 kisses,brownies

Exercise:I ran 4 miles, did arm exercises, danced for 20 min.

Sunday
Breakfast: 2eggs,1 toast
Dinner: small amt. or roast beef, 1c. mashed potatoes
snacks:2(not worth the calories)cookies, 2 brownies(shouldn't have had these,my bad)

This week will be a hard one for me with Valentines and all the treats and sugar cookies around! This is going to test my discipline!
