Back on Track

I did so good last week at working out and then I had to go and blow it on the week-end. Saturday morning we went to a Danish bakery with some friends. I didn't eat that much but it was loaded with sugar. I could feel myself slipping into a sugar "coma" on the way home and the worst part is it wasn't worth it at all. It just reaffirmed to me that pastries just aren't worth it. To make matters worse we went to CiCi's that night. I didn't get to work out, but we did climb 150 stairs to the top of an Indian mound so at least thats something. Sunday I did good I had a banana yogurt smoothie for breakfast and salad with split pea soup for dinner.
Monday:
Breakfast- banana yogurt smoothie (I ate 3 cheeze-its out of Jacob's bag during Bella's ballet)
Work-out- 50 mins of Core Body Motion class
Lunch- split pea soup and salad with lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, colby cheese with ceasar dressing
Snack- kettle popcorn and a few mini m&ms
dinner- garbanzo beans stirfry- garbanzo beans, squash, peppers, mushrooms, tomatos, black olives, feta cheese served over noodles
dessert- since its FHE we'll probably have dessert- the plan is for ice cream cones

I have Alexandra school related functions during both of my work-out times tomorrow so hopefully I can squeeze a work-out in somewhere else
