Terra- Feb 28th
I'm really bad about posting everyday, but I've been much better about actually staying on track now that I feel like I'm not alone. Thanks for your support! I worked out everyday except Thursday when I went on a 1/2 hour walk. A couple evenings I even did some abs and toning while watching TV. Today I did some speed intervals, swam 100 meters, and did some ab and strength training. I ate a tuna sandwich with grapes and a handful of M&Ms, and a glass of milk for lunch. For dinner we went to Pizza Hut (thanks to the schools Book-It program). I had three small pieces of pepperoni pizza, 1 breadstick, 2 chocolate dippers and water. (Not the best dinner, I know). Hopefully all my exercising will help out today
